Unlike most other trophy retailers, we offer a free engraving service using our in-house engraving machines with the majority of orders (Excluding Annual engraving and items listed below). This means you don’t have to worry about the amount of wording that you would like on your trophy / cup and you don’t have to worry about additional costs on your order.
Medal Engraving – A small charge would be needed for medal orders over 25 medals. We would however encourage customers to consider adding wording to the printed centre rather than incurring additional costs of engraving the medals. The cost of the printed centre is included in the price of the medal, so you can have your logo and wording printed and affixed to the front of the medal. We are more than happy to create your medal centre for you, all we will need is your chosen image and any wording you require adding around the outside.
Glass Engraving – This is a slightly different process where we engrave directly onto the glass and can include company logo & text, so there would be an extra cost to your order depending on artwork supplied. We can now offer a coloured etching process, which gives another dimension and really helps with company branding. Depending on budget, some glass trophies/awards can be supplied with a standard engraving plate affixed, rather than wording engraved directly onto the glass. If this option suits your needs then we would supply free of charge, as mentioned above.
Cup Engraving – Cups which require engraving on the main face and/or have a round base will incur additional charges but will be advised to you upfront. We do offer free engraving on square based style cups, where we affix an engraving plate to the cup.
