How will my order be delivered?
All orders are sent via overnight courier or via Royal Mail depending on the size of the order.

How can I pay for my order?
Our website shop accepts orders via Paypal but we can accept card payments over the phone or at our showroom.

Can I place an order over the phone or via email?
Yes, if you have a complex order and would rather discuss over the phone or email we would be more than happy to accommodate your needs. We can maybe advise on the products you have selected and discuss all aspects of the order and get all the information needed to process as smoothly as possible.

What if the item I require is out of stock?
If your item is out of stock, then we can put on back order for you. If time doesn't allow for this, we will advise on various options for you and find a suitable alternative.

How do I order the printed centres to go with my trophies / medals?
Once you have placed an order please email us with your club logo/badge along with any additional wording you require. sales@fivestartrophies.co.uk

Do you have other coloured ribbons available?
Yes, our website only shows a selection of colours available so if you can't find a colour to suit then please get in touch and we will try and help. On larger medal orders , we can offer to supply printed ribbons. Please get in touch for more information on this.

What happens if i need to return an item?
If you are not happy with the item when it arrives, we will happily work with you to find a replacement. We would require you to arrange your own return for the item and would stress the importance of packaging when doing so. Trophies are fragile items so need to be very secure during transit.

If you are not happy with the item when it arrives, we will be happy to offer a refund. We would require you to arrange your own return for the item and would stress the importance of packaging when doing so. Trophies are fragile items so need to be very secure during transit. On safe receipt of the returned goods, we will contact you and arrange the refund to your account. Refunds do not apply to any item which has been engraved directly onto (i.e. glass).
